Esperanza Foster Family Agency (FFA) is a non-profit organization that serves theCounties of Kings, Tulare, Madera, Fresno. Our main focus is to provide children asafe, stable and loving environm ert. We also strive to reunify the children with theirbiological families if the circumstances allow it. Our children and foster parents willhave accessto our reliable compassionate and competent staff 24 hours a day. Ourstaff will have the skills to assist foster families with proper training.

Esperanza FFA provides services for children ages 0-21. All Medi-Cal and dentalneeds ofthe child are covered through Medical. The foster parent will receive amonthly tax- reimbursement to assist with any living expense needed for the child.

Community Care
Licensing

Ensures that licensed facilities meet established health and safety standards through monitoring facilities, providing technical assistance, and establishing partnerships with providers, parents, and the child care community.

Fostering
Connections

Fostering is rewarding, time consuming, and challenging. Even with the challenges, many adults, both men and women, make the conscious choice to sign up and become foster parents. The reasons are as many and varied as the people themselves.

Provides strong statewide policy leadership around issues concerning disconnected runaway and homeless youth.

To give every child who comes into our agency a placement with a highly qualified family who will provide a safe environment. Our resource parents will provide hope to the children by providing a nurturing, loving, supportive home. Our agency strives to provide resources to the children by working alongside all service providers to meet the child’s needs. Our hope is that children will reunify with their families or are provided with a stable long-term family.

Foster Community

Offers 154 courses (5 interactive) with new topics added continuously. Complete mandated training hours from the comfort of your home.

National CASA

With a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) or guardian ad litem (GAL) volunteer dedicated to their case, America’s most vulnerable children have someone by their side, speaking up for their best interests.

Foster Club

Offers online training, blogs and publications that help parents understand the behaviors of the children that are placed in their homes.

Foster Parent Association

In foster care, children are provided with a safe, nurturing, loving family for a temporary period of time. This can be challenging, rewarding and life changing. Learn how to deal with the many issues that face foster care and children.
